Very poor customer service. When the product arrived is wasn't as described on their website (and still is). Followed their process for requesting a refund, had to then chase them up as they didn't provide the information required. Product has now been returned to them and no sign of my refund - they didn't respond to my last email I had to send chasing them.

I have used this place for over 10 years with mixed experiences. Recently, the customer service seems to have taken a nose dive. From poorly packaged products (leaking), delivery boxes with partial address label, missing items, to ignoring email requests to amend orders. Missing and damaged items have always been replaced. I think the biggest let down for me though is the unresponsiveness via email. I am one of the many who has spent thousands with them. I’ll continue to order if the price is right but it has marred my experience. Now I am actively seeking alternatives to clean your car. There is no point me contacting them again and again because I am tired of it. I have spoken up but there is either no response or a we’ll improve. I am not seeing any improvements though.

"I was impressed with the speed of the initial delivery of my order. However, a few months later, I encountered a problem with the adapter on one of the products. I reached out to customer support on a Sunday afternoon and was thrilled with the prompt response I received on Monday morning. The representative informed me that a new adapter would be sent to me at no cost, and it arrived via DPD just two days later on Wednesday. The issue was promptly resolved and I am grateful for the excellent customer support. Thank you very much!
