They constantly miss one of the only 4 windows in my flat. The boss assured me it wouldn't happen after the first time, but had to bin them after the fourth time this happened. Once they had just hosed water on windows and drove off and didn't clean a neighbours flat windows while they were at work. I am retired and was here each time they appeared
