    I have a property that was plagued with damp for years and gave me sleepless nights. Builders, pointers, roofers that I knew were knowledgeable tried to help, but due to a thick coating of bitumen paint that was breaking up on the gable wall and years of paint applications (not me!) on front and back walls they couldn’t see what the problems were, let alone fix them. Eventually someone recommended Geoff from Cleanpoint restoration, who came out to take a look. He’s very knowledgeable and kindly did a spot test to show me how effective his methods were. I was mostly surprised that he wasn’t scared away by the task at hand but he showed me his portfolio of works and agreed to send me a quote. Geoff was communicative throughout and though busy, once he was available to do the job was very efficient, gave updates of what was going on and provided pictures that revealed the cause of the damp issues. I’m so delighted with the end result I can’t sing their praises enough. I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Geoff!

    Geoff and his team removed the paint and repointed the front and back of my Victorian terrace. Geoff organised the scaffolding as well. My house was a lovely maroon, cream and lime green colour before which was pretty revolting. Afterwards, the lovely Victorian brickwork shone through and was admired by my neighbours who had called it the rhubarb and custard house. His sons-Liam and Nathan were very pleasant and helpful and gave me tips and ideas on what could be done with the area to the rear of my house. Highly recommended.
