Good cleaners, mediocre management - communication has been poor for the last few months between the agency, the cleaning staff and me. Cleans have happened at different times to the ones agreed, and the agency and cleaning staff don’t seem to have the same information. I’ve asked for an itemised invoice twice to check I’ve been billed correctly, and this request has been ignored so far. A few months ago, I would have recommended the agency, but I’m not so sure now. We booked this service for an end of tenancy cleaning (£200 cash in hand), the cleaning was subpar- leaving dust around most places, splashing blue cleaning products around the bathroom, and leaving their own muddy footprints in the hall. I’m not usually one to complain but when I contacted to get some sort of compensation/reclean we were told they’re coming in 15 minutes or not at all. I was repeatedly called by customer service to relay this message after I told them no one would be there to let them in (work), they went anyway and were sent home with no effort to rearrange the clean. I have accepted the necessity to clean everything again, I’m just so frustrated at the lack of professionalism and compensation! I wouldn’t recommend this service.
