I scheduled a cleaning service 2 months ago and until today(the day of appointment) the communication with Mr Gigov has been fast and reliable. He scheduled me in even tho it was so far in advance , other places would’ve told me to call later and wait . Galya and Mimi did a great job today . They were right on time , very polite and pretty fast in doing what I actually asked them to do ( it wasn’t easy that task for sure). I will definitely be usually them again ! The cleaner came in for the first time, ready to work, but the guy who drove her was too greedy to secure a contract and an extra hourly charge( despite having agreed a trial session beforehand) that he wouldn't let her work. Unfortunately they left. They don’t card payments or bank transfers and his attitude was extremely terrible. UNPROFESSIONAL, AVOID !!
