Got our new stove installed by Terry after refferal from my Dad who's had Terry sweep their open fire for years. Terry's prices came in lower than the Nortons refferals we asked for so was happy to take his offer. Terry purchased the stove we asked for and delivered it himself. It was fitted within the day, including the new chimney top and flue and the stove looks beaut in place now. A very professional and clean installation.

Had a sweep and re-seal of the flue/stove connection which went without a hitch, friendly guy, tidy job. Money changed hands. Problems arose on first lighting of stove the next day, house filled with smoke from flue connection and I’m running outside with hot embers etc. Oh dear! Spoke to a lovely woman on the reception/his wife. Terry returned next day with an attitude, which was soo so different, he acted like it was my fault hilariously. Flue was filled again but left looking uncitely and rough... ever since have had intermittent fine smoke filling room. Poor overall
