We've used a lot of cleaning companies, and these guys definitely have the upper hand in my opinion. I receive complete information about who is on site. When they are on site, where they have cleaned, sanitation details and risk updates in a full report and directly to my phone, the offices are always clean with a lovely scent, and the cost is very low. I highly recommend this cleaning service, they are knowledgeable and very good at what they do.

Somehow they managed to make an absolute hash of cleaning a 1 bedroom flat, one which wasn't even very dirty to begin with. The day after 'cleaning' occurred I was contacted by the estate agent (this was a move-out clean) to inform me that the place wasn't up to standard, and that basic things that should've been done in a regular clean - let alone a move-out clean - hadn't been done, such as the carpets weren't hoovered and the skirting boards weren't clean. The estate agent had to send their own cleaner to finish the job. Naturally, I tried to get in contact with Clean Secure Watch to get a partial refund equivalent to the additional cleaning fees incurred. It's been almost two months now and I've tried their online portal, multiple phone numbers online and a couple of email addresses, I've requested a ring back, I've done everything I reasonably can to get in touch with them and get a fair refund, all to no avail. At this point it's either accept that my money's gone or take them to court, and the latter really isn't worth it for £80. Seriously, do not use these guys if you want the job done.
