Jonny really is the best in this business! After using Jonny for years, I mistakenly used another guy to sharpen my scissors in the salon, and it's safe to say I have learnt my lesson.. not only did Jonny fix my damaged and butchered scissors, he came within days of me phoning him almost crying! He has been so accommodating, professional and literally my livelihood saviour! Thankyou Jonny, I won't make this mistake again! Others please be wary of non reputable companies or persons. I very nearly paid the highest price for this!

Right from my request for the pouch to send my much loved and overused scissors to Jonny for sharpening I was truly impressed by his professionalism. He kept me informed every step of the way on what could and could not be done re my shears ( a previous over enthusiastic sharpener had taken a bit too much blade away it turned out) My scissors were returned honed to perfection just a day later!!!! I had given Jonny the challenge of a possible day turnaround and he said it could be possible with special delivery and I was super impressed when it worked! Jionny not only is an amazing craftsman but he offers something you rarely find nowadays, excellent customer service with a personal touch. No press 1 if you want to sharpen, press 2 for collection etc etc. you feel totally confident at all stages of their journey that your scissors are in the best hands possible! Thank you so much once again!
