If you don't want to waste your money and time and energy chasing these guys, I strongly recommend NOT using them. We paid £480 in advance for an asbestos survey and several months later have never received the report, despite numerous times chasing Lee and him promising to send it and coming up with various excuses. They take your money but not will provide the service and then won't reply to phone calls, e-mails or texts, so in my eyes, that is theft. If I treated my clients the way he treats is, I'd no longer have a business. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I can't stress strongly enough how badly we feel let down as we needed the survey for our house sale. I'd actually leave no stars, but I can't post this without leaving a star.
