    Brought my van here after previous decent experiences. Had a tyre fitted and was told that doing the alignment the same day was a bad move and would be better done the next day. Never heard anything like it. After still doing the alignment the steering angle is wrong and they blamed it on everything and anything. I brought it back next day and was told that it would be my tyres or suspension components or camber. The camber simply hasn't changed and isn't adjustable..the tyres near new..the suspension components also replaced not that long ago. The steering angle was absolutely fine before it went in. In any case I took it too elsewhere and had it corrected very easily. £60 wasted with CLCM and I won't ever be back. Oh and it took the best part of 2.5 hours to fit one tyre and do the alignment first time and I was booked in!!

    Please please please do not use this garage, they damage vehicles, then expect you the customer to pay for their incompetence. Asked them to do work on the rear of my vehicle but for some reason only known to them they started messing about at the front then started pulling prices out of thin air. When I challenged them about this fact they started blustering about this and that trying to double the price of the quote. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL Service: Wheel alignment

    Fantastic experience from Sam & the guys. The garage came highly recommended from Carbon Factory and Sam got me in the very next day to fit an aero kit to my X5. Sam kept me updated since the drop off and gave me great advice on leaving the car in so some components can dry off for a better finish. Collected my car the next day and it was completely transformed, couldn’t be happier with the service and end result! 100% going to be a returning customer and would absolutely recommend dealing with this garage for the service and incredibly competitive pricing.     I urge not to use this garage I put my car in and was in fully working order to get the rear wheel camber done they snapped a bolt that was nothing to do with what they were ment to be doing which then made the car non road worthy and expected me to then pay a extra £24 for a new bolt and labour costs for them to remove the bolt they broke and the labour is £70 plus vat per hour possibly 2 or 3 hours to do this once I tried to explain that as this was not a bolt in which they had to touch surly they would be liable and the response I got was very aggressive attitude from the manager please look around and not use this company Service: General repairs & maintenance

    One of the worst experiences I have had at any garage ever. I ordered number plates on the 1st March, and after delayed replies, I was told a week later that they were ready, only to find out the wrong ones had been made. I was then told a week after that, that the new ones had been made (only to show up at the garage and be told that Sam was going to make them now). After waiting 20 minutes for them to be made, I was told I would need to wait another 20 minutes for them to be fitted. After waiting a further hour, I got quite fed up and insisted I would just fit them myself, at which point, Sam came over and fitted them - Only for the front plate to have fallen off somewhere on the drive home. I messaged Sam, and he agreed he would make a new front plate. However, at this point, he started declining my calls, ignoring my messages, and replying with "with customer, will message later". Eventually, he told me he had sent it, and that it would be with me on Friday or Monday. On Tuesday I still had not received them, and upon chasing this up, I was told he still needed to make them. At the end of all this, 1 month and 5 number plates later... he just ended up giving me a full refund. Ordered from rapid plates the next day (on instagram) and received the correct plates, cheaper and better quality a day later.
