I have been training with Carly for some years now, from her HIIT sessions in the park, online and more recently PT sessions with 2 friends. Carly is amazing and has been instrumental in helping me learn to love exercise - with the focus on how it makes me feel and also in terms of future-proofing my body for the years ahead! PT sessions with Carly were always the highlight of my week, she has a way of pushing you beyond what you think you can achieve. She offered advice on other areas such as sleep, and always checked in between sessions to motivate and encourage. Our sessions were tailored to suit the needs of each of us, and they were always so well planned and thought out. I feel stronger now in my 40s than I ever have and cannot thank Carly enough for all she has done for me - in terms of my fitness and my mental health ☺️.

Carly is a total legend. I said I’ve never run an ultra marathon (because I didn’t know how to fit the training in and I didn’t know if I could complete one). Now I’ve completed an ultra and have signed up for another. This wouldn’t have been possible without Carly’s support, encouragement and flexible training plan. Not only is Carly really fun to train with, she is also kind, thoughtful and knowledgable. I can’t recommend her 1:1 sessions enough. They’re the highlight of my week and it is clear how much preparation goes into each one. Her online HIIT classes are also a fantastic way to get a midweek boost from home.

I joined Carly’s on line HIIT sessions about 6 months ago. HIIT is something I thought was completely beyond me (I’m in my mid 60s), but Carly assured me that she would help me to work at a level that was right for me and of the many benefits of exercise at my age to bone health, cardio fitness, balance, well being etc. With her encouragement and advice I have gradually built my strength and confidence. She is a women's health expert and her knowledge on how to look after your body through pregnancy, postpartum and as you age is incredible.
