It is with some measure of regret that I am compelled to give a negative review. Work on my Grimstone garage undertaken on a previous occasion was excellent but I am afraid on this occasion the quality of work was somewhat shoddy to say the least. When reported, the company representative seemed indifferent and took five weeks to view the work. By this time I had sought professional advice on how to rectify the less than satisfactory work. I undertook the remedial work required to rectify the faults myself and deducted a some of money from the bill appropriate to the work involved in making it satisfactory. It may be that this was a temporary blip on this works quality record. I would hesitate to recommend this company on this occasion. Mr Farrar. Halifax
