I’ve been attending Claudia’s postpartum fitness class and cannot recommend it enough! Claudia is always happy to answer questions and give advice on how best to do the exercises and she has given me the confidence to exercise with weights for the first time! She is friendly and motivating and the range of exercises is great. I really look forward to attending her class each week and it’s great that I can take my little one along too.

Claudia is a wonderful, professional personal trainer. Following a covid pregnancy with little opportunity to exercise, split abdominals from a big bump and complications following my c-section I avoided exercise for fear of causing further damage and later lack of confidence due to weight gain. Claudia has really supported me in my recovery from my first pregnancy and getting me back into exercise. Now during my second pregnancy I feel more confident about maintaining fitness. Claudia has been amazing about making adaptations to exercises when I was sick in the first trimester, and I know she is already planning a controlled and supported post c-section recovery this pregnancy. I cannot recommend her highly enough as a personal trainer, but especially in pregnancy and in pregnancy recovery. Thank you Claudia!

Claudia’s new mum postpartum fitness class is excellent. Well thought out exercises and she gives tips on how to do the activities properly to get the most out of each one. My baby would sit happily watching or I could hold him and do the exercises with him if he wanted to be close. Great class and would definitely recommend to other new mums!

I’ve been working out with Claudia for a couple of months - I started when I was 17 weeks pregnant and wanted to stay fit and strong throughout my pregnancy. I really enjoy and look forward to my weekly workout - Claudia is really encouraging, knowledgable and fun. Sessions with her make me feel great, and the at home workouts she’s prepared are super easy to follow and pitched at the right level. She’s given me lots of good tips for working out safely, and I already feel much stronger and more motivated to keep lifting weights.

I came across Claudia on google whilst looking for a pregnancy PT in my third trimester. I’m glad I came across her page! I liked that she specialised in antenatal and post natal women as didn’t want be doing anything too strenuous after not being very active for a while! I was q nervous at first wondering how I would survive the hour sessions but they went by very quick and she made it fun and engaging. She always checked to make sure you were comfortable doing the exercises and also gave you personalised programme to do at home outside of the sessions. I could only do four sessions as moving out of area but would definitely have continued as I felt better and more confident about myself after her classes. Thanks so much Claudia! X mel

I came across Claudia on instagram shortly after I had my first baby. I really wanted someone who specialised in post natal fitness, as I had lost a lot of my core strength post baby. Claudia is very professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She has provided me with links to recipe ideas and articles that she’s published on her blog which have been so helpful in my recovery.
