Very disappointing service. The box arrived with one item missing. Despiteful a repeated attempts at contact via email or phone, photos etc and direct I was totally ignored and lost money having eventually to source the item elsewhere as I would have list out on the electrician coming to install my chandelier!! I still have not had a reply weeks on despite using the email they communicated with me originally to sell me items! I know they got my messages! Shocking after sales service. I would not recommend using this company at all. If I could give no stars I would!

I purchased 2 matching 6-arm Bohemian crystal chandeliers as I was able to choose my preferred choice of crystal trimming (Ruby Red). They took around 5 weeks to be delivered. I did contact Paul re delivery and he always responded to my queries quickly and notified me of the delivery date via email. They arrived beautifully packed - but in many pieces! Took quite a while to assemble, but the instruction leaflet, along with labelled packaging, meant it was a fairly straightforward process. We found we were missing a small fixing that you attach a crystal to and contacted Paul immediately. He organised for the missing piece to be sent direct from the manufacturers and I received this within a week. Now the chandeliers are up in my room, they look very special indeed and add elegance to my room. Delighted with my purchase and would return to Classical Chandeliers for light fittings.
