I cant speak for the quality of installation, value for money and so on as I didnt make it that far. The website for this business shows a wide range of wood burning and multi fuel stoves etc however when I came to visit the shop today I was dismissed in a very brash and rude manner as they no longer sell them. What should have been a simple 'sorry for wasting your time, we dont sell wood burners any more, we should really update our website' was a fairly angry and very unprofessional rant from the proprietors in front of my wife and young children.
