Thought I had a left a review but better late than never... I bought a very low mileage E46 BMW from Classic Modern Cars in Newbury nearly two years ago and the buying experience was absolutely first class. Colin and John could not have been more pleasant and clearly take pride in what they do. Straightforward to deal with and also very accommodating re looking after the car until I could pick it up. The advantage of posting this review a bit late is that I can say the car has been a pleasure to own and still feels like a one year old car to drive. No problems with it. I have now used the (excellent) independent BMW specialist John recommended for MoT & servicing on two occasions - it passed the MoT each time without any advisories (in fact it has never had an advisory since its first MoT back in 2007). Highly recommend these guys !

Without a doubt the best car buying experience I’ve ever had after many years and purchases. John was supportive, engaging and an expert from the very first call. Everything was exactly as described and they went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied - sending everything I needed (and I mean a lot!) to be completely certain. Colin was also extremely knowledgeable during the test drive and both John and Colin spent a lot of time and several cups of tea going over every detail on the car. One tiny niggle with the car that could in no way have been foreseen was dealt with swiftly and John reengaged to make sure everything was sorted within a few days without any obligation to. I would definitely recommend them and most certainly go back in the future. Top guys.
