Went there twice to fix my Peugeot 407. First time the owner cleaned my oil system for free because he thought I wasn't getting value for my money after paying the (great) diagnosis he made; Second time he replaced one of my car light, somehow fixed the electronic system and everything is working well now, for a ridiculously low price (would have paid 10 times that ammount if I went to Peugeot). Thank you.

£120 for a diagnostics check is a robbery! Places bigger and better, like French car specialists in North London are charging £60 for diagnostics. I only went here because it was local and claimed to be specialist in Peugeot cars. When gearbox is faulty and as it happens is not repairable and the car because of it needs to be dumped (spending £2,500 on a reconditioned gearbox would be silly) and so what is the point of checking and highlighting other faults on the car? Kept the car for nearly 2 weeks as well. Billing me triple the above amount for a car that is no good to me. Should have charged 60 odd quid and advised me the gearbox needs changing and should have stressed that there is no point in even trying to fix it. A very dissatisfied customer!

It was time to do some major repairs to my wonderful Volvo P1800 and Mike was so lovely and genuine in every way in restoring her damage undersides and outriggers. He patiently tracked all the rusted metal back under the wheel arches, floor pans and plated then painted it all and the job was so good you couldn’t tell where the new and old started and finished. We also added new lights and did some seals and the list goes on and on. She now looks fabulous for her age with a renewed lease of life. Mike has been brilliant in informing me of costs and what can be done now and later and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. Mike is special and different to other mechanics where his true love and understanding of classic cars has guided what should be done to restore the car’s original intent and visual features. Thank you Mike and look forward to the next phase of works!
