Absolutely disgracefulā¦.today last day of Ramadan and went early to order our food to avoid the rush. Ordered COD fish and chips and was told it would take 15 mins for the cod, I agreed to wait. Ordered other item like chicken donner in Nan, burger meals, meat donner in Nan etc. The chap who took my order asked at the back if they had cod and reconfirmed to me that to take a seat and wait 15 mins and that it would nice and fresh. After about 5 mins the chap had all the other items ready and packed and to my surprise asked me what I wanted on my fish n chips. I asked surely itās not already ready and he replied āI actioned it as soon as you orderedā to which I said thanks but itās only been five mins. He assured me that it was cod. I caught his colleague who was frying the chip smirking. Anyway I trusted him and took the order home, thanked and gave him dua. On opening my fast, to my horror it was the cheap fish and NOT cod. Absolutely spoilt my appetite after fasting the entire day. Is this the way they or this worker treats customers and misleads them? Blatantly lied to me, despite seeking clarification, plus there was no rush or iftari queue. Management please take note
