Opticians Team - brilliant , equipment top class and deserves a 5 star review . Regrettably Admin & Reception support extremely poor. Their lack of customer service ie no appointment reminders, failure to respond to email contact therefore difficult to score. Top class Professionals need and should insist on first class back office/front desk support from their Team.

Agree that the opticians here are brilliant. However, very disappointed in your customer reception team . My family have been in 5 times ( at different times) in total and all say the same about reception. Not very friendly.

I had become resigned to my sight getting gradually worse with age. My parents had each lost most of their sight in their seventies, which I have now reached. Yes, I had regular eye tests, asked about Macuar degeneration, was told I was fine. Then I came to Craig, and after another level of investigation, treatment, and future plan, I have, and look forward to seeing my way into my future.
