    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - The job was carried out and completed in the time specified however the finish is not what was expected, I did mention at the start when the area was dug out and the edgings was put in that there is no slope so no run off for rain water but this was brushed aside and was assured that this will be fine. Alas to say now we have had rain you can see just how un even the area is and least to say big puddles of rain water with no run off, also no guarantee was given even though it was promised to be dropped around, have tried to call back to see if this issue can be somehow rectified but no response, surprise surprise, front patio will need to be pulled back up and laid again.     WARNING!!! Please be aware of this trader. Their works are completely sub standard, unsafe and unprofessional. We used Les & Classic Patios because of the reviews left but we have been left out of pocket and without a driveway to use. We are sickened by the lack of empathy and zero customer service shown by Les and this business. Trading standards have welcomed our complaint and are dealing with this rogue trader. You have been warned - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Service: Driveway replacement

    Was happy with the job for the most part and left 5 stars, voiced my issues with the job to them and was mostly given excuses but said they would come back to do some last little bits that I asked to be done to complete the job to a better standard. Never came back, now they're ignoring all contact attempts so have significantly downgraded my review until some of it's resolved (if ever). Service: Driveway installation

    I would have given 5 stars if they had the decency to come back and rectify a few things. We were happy with the work when they started it was going really well but on the Saturday my wife and I had to go out and left them to finish only to find on return after they had gone they had laid two different colour paving slabs and there is a dip in the paving where water lays. I done the polite thing and called them and ask them to come back and rectify the problem but not seen them now over a month. Lucky I held some money back. Service: Patio paving

    Les and his guys did block paving for both my front and back garden; Les came around on the same day when I called to provide me with a quote and the works started as we agreed a week later and lasted 2 days. They did a great job, worked diligently and politely and I am very pleased with how the block paving looks like. Very efficient and professional, I would highly recommend. Thank you!     Not used the service of this company but after being cut up at a roundabout the driver then straddled 2 lanes in front of me. The driver of the van then didn’t indicate when leaving another roundabout from the inside lane. Cutting up another 2 cars. As it was the van drivers fault the passenger flipped the bird at an upset driver who beeped at them. I’d NEVER recommend this company. Van reg ending JVE.
