I sold a car at one of CCA’s auctions and found the whole experience to be straightforward and professional. Communication throughout was great. I was also impressed by the marketing leading up to the auction, I was seeing my car in all sorts of places on the internet. The sale itself was impressive. The auctioneer didn’t rush the car through, as in some auction houses, he gave the sale of my car all the time it needed to reach its maximum price. Payment was transferred into my bank account within the promised time scale. This would have been a five star review if they were able to take my car into storage prior to the sale, I know of a few auction houses that can do this, and it saves having just one specific day to deliver the car to the auction. I understand that this is not possible for an auction house that hires a venue rather than selling from their own premises, but it will be a factor to consider when I’m looking to sell another car.
