I typically don’t call out good service as usually I have the mindset that someone is just doing their job, however forget good service, let’s talk great service and a superb advert for Edward Johnson. My dealings with James, the Service Manager have been nothing short of fantastic. When others having been telling me ‘you’ll not get those parts for you Stead for months and months’ (I was told this over 4 times), I called James last week and mentioned this to him. Within HOURS he had sourced the parts I needed and today followed up with delivery information – genuinely it was the first time in a long time I’ve seen this positive, proactive attitude and true customer first service. Great experience and you have a someone who made a difference. In future my business will be you Edward Johnson guaranteed!
