From atart to finish was a pleasure to deal with Lee at Clarks , made a considerable journey from shropshire to Canterbury to collect my tiguan he picked me up at the station , then back on site did the test drive completed all the necessaries and headed homeward after a cup of tea. Really happy that the car had a very thorough service inc cambelt waterpump brakes oil filter etc before handover....Highly recommended

Called about a Mercedes GLA and lady informed they were busy leave a number and they would call me back. No call back so called again later and was informed car was available to view. Drove over an hour to their premises and Lee was pleasant enough. On checking the car it had not been valeted ready for sale or even checked over. We decided to take the car for a test drive only to find the engine management light was stuck on so the car was not running correctly. When I checked under the dash the flap for the onboard diagnostics was open. The car was advertised with full service history only to find it had not been serviced for 2 years. Lee apologised and said he would get their mechanic to check the engine management light on Monday as it was the weekend. No phone call after a week, he also informed me that they only check over cars for sale once sold meaning you could be test driving a car with issues. Hence we have not bought a vehicle and this is honest feedback.

An incredibly professional and amicable experience. I brought my dream car from here last weekend and it was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. Lee was fantastic at answering all questions, and let me and my partner test-drive the vehicle with ease. When I first enquired about the car, it had a couple of scratches on the bumper which Lee had sorted out straight away, as well as changing the timing belt and water pump on it. I found a well priced and very well spec'd Audi A1 on Autotrader and the Clarks Cars team could not have been more helpful. I was down in London for the weekend and took the train out to Canterbury. I saw and test drove the car which had been MOTed, serviced and nicely valleted before I bought it and drove it back to Scotland.
