Not the best experience! I ordered a model from the website on 25/04 and the money was taken from my account on the 26th. From then on - nothing - no confirmation of the order or any contact at all… Making allowances for the Bank Holidays I phoned Clark’s on the 10th May. The guy I spoke to was very helpful but explained that the person who dealt with online orders was not available. He took my number and said they would ring back with an answer that day. But nothing further was heard from them… On the 11th I happened to check my account to find that the payment had been refunded which is fair enough - BUT no explanation as to why or why no model sent (I can only assume it was out of stock…). I don’t consider this to be good service and maybe they should update their website more regularly.
