This practice is the only practice I will ever recommend, and I recommend them to everyone! They're a friendly team, who clearly love animals. The receptionists are always kind and compassionate, and always empathise with you. The nurses are thorough and gentle with my nervous dog, and every experience I've had with the nursing team has always been positive. I have had thorough discussions with the vets both in person and over the phone and I never feel rushed. The team dealing with insurance claims have been so helpful, and understand the pressure I feel. I feel that my dog is a priority when they deal with her claims, and everything is done with her interests in mind. I have complete confidence in this vet practice, and I trust every decision made. Clarendon house are fantastic with animals AND people. Thankyou for looking after me and my dog so well x
