Was greated by what seemed like a pretentious receptionist who seated me in the waiting room and shortly after handed me a welcome envelope with a bit more info about my dentist and the practice. Later on I figured out she wasn't pretentious and just simply very friendly. The nurse called me at 10:50 which was exactly when my appointment was. Now is the time to mention that the Dental practice has done an excellent job at selecting a knowledgeable yet very inclusive team. It might sound weird but as a member of society with foreign background I find these "tiny" detail of great importance to me. The dentist I met is Chiara Buic from Croatia who was significantly better than my former dentist Chester Noble (don't let the surname fool you). After several x-rays Chiara came to the conclusion my impacted wisdom tooth is far too close to the nerve and is best left to a surgeon with more experience in the matter. I, like everyone else, hate hearing "No" as an answer but I happen to be intelligent enough to understand that a part of excellence and care for patients involves knowing when it's time to pass the job to a specialist that can do it. Being lucky enough to have worked with Polish people who I adore to this day, I was very excited to find out Chiara is passing the case to a Polish surgeon. The Dental practice is very clean, tidy, and the equipment is definitely not from the 90's Pop song. Currently on large quantity of paracetamol trying to survive the growing pain in the wisdom tooth area, awaiting a response from Zaneta. I'm very tempted to remove a star 🌟 for including a membership plan leaflet into a welcome letter but I won't do it.
