I'm a support worker for a client of mine, Saf. Since he's been under the care of this establishment, his life and wellbeing have dramatically improved. His privacy is respected at all times while all his needs are met by the great group of carers that go the extra mile and take very good care of him. He's in very good hands and much safer since they've been on board and they have helped increase his independence, many thanks to all the staff at Clarence Care. My mom says of her carers "they're all goodens". She had a long career in nursing so knows about caring. All of the carers are very competent, kind and friendly. They are punctual and in 2 years have never missed a visit. There is excellent communication with me so I'm reassured and don't need to worry. The day I tested positive for COVID they put on an extra visit to cover me and did this for all the time I couldn't get there which was fantastic. We think they have a wonderful team!
