The website says the PO opens at 0700 but it actually didn’t open until 0900. Then, the ‘assistant’ couldn’t help as she hadn’t been trained. Where is the wisdom in placing untrained staff, alone, on a Saturday when people who work during the week are more likely to want to use the broad range of services? And it is a service don’t forget - you are there for the convenience of the customer, not the other way round.

Today was the second time I went to use this post office. Beware the staff are con artist and tried to overcharge on a letter claiming it was a parcel. The first time they tried to force me to put on a return address claiming it was GDPR related... lack of knowledge, overcharging and bad attitude. Do not use. Go to the NISA, far better, professional and friendly service provided.

I've been here many times over the years and staff are continually rude and unfriendly . The lady today made a face and rolled her eyes today when I turned up in the queue. She was eating her lunch and obviously didn't like being disturbed! I asked her if she was eating her lunch, her response was " I'm trying to" but I'm the only one here . Not my problem she doesn't get a break, join the club but her attitude was appalling. Get another job maybe, one that doesn't need people skills. Will be using a different post office from now on.

Rude and abrupt every time you go in. Apparently everyone should know how the post office works inside out and boy do they really not like it when you know something they don't. Jeez just go get another job rather than hating on everyone that comes in.

Staff who handled my enquiry was not helpful at all. She was rushing, abruptly and did not explain things properly. As a result, I paid a fortune for a service which could have been avoided.

Beyond rude staff at this post office - I actually dread having to go there when needed... One particular lady always takes your bank card away to the back with her to get your parcel (I have tried pointing out that she should not take it away from the customers sight but she will just argue that she has to have it...Really??) It's almost as if the staff compete over who can anger customers the most.. Whoever recruits for this branch must use a very odd selection process - Q: Do you hate the public? Q: Do you want to make simple tasks a nightmare for people? If you answer Yes, then you're the ideal candidate to work here! On a totally serious note, the Post Office genuinely need to address the customer service delivered at this branch. Good luck to anyone having to use it!

Staff always polite and helpful. Well experienced so very quick service despite being a busy post office. They work hard especially in the busy seasons like Christmas.

The UK's most obnoxious, rude, argumentative, ignorant, unhelpful, unpleasant & miserable post office staff (there are plenty of other adjectives that also apply, none of them complimentary). Avoid at all costs
