Used to be more professional. I used this service for about three years but now making a request and expressing ideas of what I may want left me with the worst haircut in a long time (appointment was in March) She said "hair will grow in 3-4 weeks" 🙄, but this is not nails! No recognition of her mistake, no hindsight, no refund, no solution. Seems too busy to take the time for a good trim, as used to be. Asked for a trim and keep my layers, as usual, all I got was a much too short fringe and no layers (as mentioned may want to grown it one length, in SUMMER! ) What a pity, I trusted this person blindly because my experience up to then (literally closed my eyes while she was chopping), the lack of empathy and a compassionate reaction are a big breach of trust, knowingly I was going through tough times and before I was going away. Feels like betrayal and carelessness. Claire could have handled this much better, in all aspects. Didn't answer the phone and kept trying to justify herself instead of trying to help and fix the problem.

**TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ** Booked an appointment a week in advance. Received a message 15mins before my appointment to say she wanted a £50 deposit. I explained as there was no mention of this up until now, I had taken the cash out the bank that morning. I offered to pay her upon arrival. Received a message back saying she wasn’t coming. She has ignored my messages; in-fact I think she has even blocked me…if you require a deposit ask upon making the appointment. You do not let people down 15 mins before your due to come, in-fact I’m not sure she intended to turn up even if I had sent the deposit. IS THIS A SCAM!!!!! In response to your reply. No you never messaged me before this morning, and know where upon booking was there mention of a deposit. Reading other reviews I can see this is a pattern.
