I absolutely love Claire's yoga workshops they are amazing from the way in which Claire holds space for people, her set up and surroundings are beautiful. She fully explains all aspects of the workshop you are left feeling calm, relaxed and peaceful. I would highly recommend for anyone to come along and enjoy the journey 😊

She is the most beautiful soul and as soon as I walked into the room I instantly felt calm and relaxed . Claire is amazing she really is, I attend Claire’s yoga & meditation classes which are beautiful I get so much out of her classes, she is very supportive and nurturing and always goes above and beyond. I also had my first ever reiki session last week held in a relaxing safe clam space. Claire really does have healing powers, she is super talented and knowledgeable in everything she does. I would 100% recommend taking a class / session with her. Forever grateful Claire is part of my healing journey.

Held in a beautiful space I feel so relaxed, safe and calm during and after every session. The sessions help me tune into my body and I am definitely lighter and less stressed.
