Laser hair removal performed by Claire has been life changing for me. I booked a consultation and arrived where Claire was waiting outside to welcome me in. Her salon is pristine, beautifully decorated, very plush and extremely comfy. Claire quickly relaxed me telling me a little about her background and how she could help me. She talked me through the up to date equipment she would use and how it works. I bought a years worth is sessions. Honestly, after just 2 visits, I started noticing a massive and I mean a MASSIVE difference in the appearance of my dark, thick hair growing around my body especially on my face. I was worried that I had to shave in between sessions but Claire put my mind at rest. Claire has 25 years experience and it shows, she’s so professional and experienced. She’s a natural. She runs her business like a well oiled machine, always returning calls and replies to texts in minutes. She keeps a tight schedule and has many return business and referrals. My procedure is almost painless - (If I’ve ever felt any pain it was because I might have missed shaving a stray hair or 2 prior to my consultation) the laser would zap it and it might sting for a second but that is so short lived. There is a cooling system attached to the head that Claire had fitted especially. I have also added tattoo removal on ever other visit. So far it’s faded by half, I’m so pleased. If you have wanted to find the perfect beautician for you, look no further, I couldn’t recommend Claire high enough. Professional-excellence-highest level of training. 5* all day long. Thank you Claire, I feel like a New woman. 💖

Claire is always reassuring and professional, when doing treatments. And always gives a warm welcome. The treatment room is spotlessly clean bright and stylish, it always smells lovely too.
