    Tailored and supportive sessions. I was not a fan of yoga generally but I have found this pregnancy yoga helpful. The movement helps aches and pains, and the relaxation is calming. I come away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Claire is fab and there is no pressure so you just do what you can each week.

Claire is extremely knowledgeable in her practice, but also cares deeply about making sure that everyone feels comfortable and empowered, whether you've been practicing yoga for years or have only just started.     I am so pleased I discovered Claire's pregnancy yoga classes on Thursday evenings! Not only do I feel alot more comfortable after every class and sleep like a baby after, it's really lovely seeing others go through their pregnancy journey. There is such a great sense of community that I really didn't expect before joining. Claire creates such a calm environment and talks through the yoga moves so effortlessly, it's really impressive (and easy to follow)! I would absolutely recommend Claire to anyone whether new to yoga or not!
