Would give ZERO if I could. They are 20 years behind times, I asked if they deliver prescriptions I was told they only deliver to people who can't physically get to the pharmacy. This is discrimination against people who work full time.

Used this place for travel vaccines, they were very very knowledgeable and organised considering I had to have so many! My pharmacists was lovely and always made me feel welcome. They were able to get hold of vaccines even my GP couldn’t obtain, and quickly. Any queries I had were taken seriously and overall, I couldn’t recommend them enough for travel vaccines!

Would give 0 stars if I could! Disgusting service received here. My GP sent a prescription there and I picked it up, went to have the first tablet, but luckily I always read the info leaflet first and noticed the tablet was different than described… Turns out they had given me antidepressants! Thank god I had the sense to read the leaflet first, but a lot of people don’t… The damage that medication can do, especially when not even prescribed. Went down there to tell them and they couldn’t have cared less! No apology, no acknowledgment, just shrugged it off. Told my GP and she was horrified. Disgraceful service from so called health care professionals. Never gone back there since.

Awful pharmacy always gets your prescriptions wrong then has to wait over a week for prescriptions to be sorted not very good when you desperately need insulin worse thing is you can never get through to the place on the fone i try several times a day just constant ringing then when the fone is answered your put in a queue for 30 mins only to be left hanging until you give up but when I force myself to actually go there 5 people standing around doing nothing the service is truly awful I have had to move to another chemist
