We bought from the above a compleat bathroom suite inc tiles shower doors etc professionally installed the toilet after flushing is leaving very bad brown stains around the rim I reported this to the above by means of photos etc they stated they would report this to the manufacture ( THEY DID NOT)?.? I spoke with the manufacturer Eastbrooke they have had nothing reported at all. So I rang Clacton bathroom Center to be treated to nothing but very bad aggression from the owner of the company he was so bad that I became the same to him ! All they had to do was to investigate my issue ! Which they did not so I spoke with Eastbrooke they told me that they had a very good rapore with the above and they would ask him to send to them a receipt that I bought this suite then guess what Clacton bathroom Center ( did not reply)?.? How bad is this. So I’m stuck with this issue they take your money but if afterwards you get a problem. Clacton bathroom Center DOES NOT WANT TO KNOW. STAY WELL CLEAR
