I just had my carpets cleaned by Carl today. I moved into a flat where the carpets were heavily stained; Carl did an assessment before hand and said that he'd be able to lift 80% of the stains. He did better than that - look like NEW! I'm over the moon and I can't recommend him enough. He was punctual, professional and completed the clean in the time stated at the start.
