Abismal, they don't deserve to be in business. Took payment of £1,600 and could not fulfil the order so just blanked us and kept the cash. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE Very devious bunch, having checked Experion they already have 2 unsatisfied CCJs but continue to get away with daylight robbery.

WARNING- DO NOT buy from this company. They steal your money and do not do communication. Check the credit rating on them, they are a maximum risk company with 2x unsatisfied CCJ's against them and another one on the way. Ordered 16 dining chairs from them in August-they have never ever delivered these and have stolen 1.6K hard earned cash from me. Please do not buy from them to avoid having the same problem. Don't know how they are allowed to trade?

We bought a dining table at the Ideal Home Exhibition and CK Homeliving held the table for us while we renovated. We paid for premium delivery and have been trying to organise the delivery of the table since the end of November! Countless phone calls, emails, leaving messages with 'reception' to only not be contacted back (at least 10 times!). I am appalled with the service! It would be more respectful of your customers, CK Homeliving, if you could at least contact them to let us know what is happening...???! We have spent a lot of money and have received disgraceful treatment in return. I will now be contacting the Ideal Home Show to inform them of the poor service!

DO NOT IGNORE!!! wonder why the prices are so cheap, it’s cheap Chinese knock off furniture that cause my child an injury! Stay away from these cowboys as they will take NO responsibility and ignore all your messages. You’ll never here from them and to get a refund you will have to take it up with your bank.

Scam! Do not order from this company. Ordered a table and chair set in October, at the time the website advertised mid November delivery. When placing order on the phone I was told by the sales agent it would be delivered before 21st November. The end of November arrived and I started calling for an update, leaving messages with reception, emailing constantly and never had a call back. Finally spoke to a lady who denied that I had been given a delivery date of before 21st November. She advised that there was a delay with the shipment and it would be another 2 weeks but promised delivery before Xmas. Xmas was arriving and no delivery date given but I was still told delivery before Xmas. Numerous messages and emails later without a call back. 2 days before Xmas I was notified that the delivery had been held at customs and it was still scheduled for delivery on 24th December. Given a mobile number for updates - message sent for an update but no response. Most recent email received states someone will be in touch by 6th Jan re delivery - no one has contacted me. Called depot and they have no details of my order arriving. Please do not use this company we have paid a large amount of money for a dining set that we have still not received. Do not be tempted to use this company- it is a scam. Once you have paid for your goods they do not respond and you will not receive anything. I will be reporting to trading standards.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I ordered chairs with a guaranteed delivery of before xmas. after chasing for weeks and getting passed around i never got a delivery date. today i had enough and spoke to the warehouse where these items are stored ( basically the supplier ck use). they told me they have all my details but no order. just blank. so they don't even know what items they are meant to send me. spoke to kerry on reception who was not useful at all. had no information and nobody to pass me through to. think she must just be a 3rd party receptionist. so i cant even get a refund. trading standards it is. total sham of a company who take your money and run. all the good reviews on here are fake!!
