If we could give this store a negative score for Yodel drop off then we would. We were told numerous times that Yodel was out of action. No real explanation given. I rang at one point, they said it was working and then when my sister arrived with the parcel, the new story was that the label printer had failed. If you advertise a service, then you should do you best to provide that service. Or just don't provide the service. :(

Don't use as a click and collect pick up option. This store came up as an option as a click and collect pick up regarding an item from eBay. I found out they refused the item stating it was too big - (it arrived over a week later at a different address -it's not that big plus there is nothing stating that they won't accept items over a specific size!) No apology or anything. It was only for the seller that we managed to eventually get the item after it went back up to Scotland. I have used this place before for sending Evri parcels back and they were OK. Not the friendliest but did their job. I won't be using them for anything now and would advise to use another place for parcel collections.
