Lazy and rude staff. I have made an order with them and I've been called to come downstairs to pick up the parcel because the intercom does not work. I asked the delivery man to please go to the other side of the building and try to call on the intercom there. He left without delivering the parcel. I went downstairs and the intercom worked just fine from both entries of the building. Later on, I contacted the office and they said "the drive did not deliver the parcel because they have other deliveries to make" This was from the owner himself. Wow, I am just speechless.
