From a tenant's point of view, CityZen has made my last tenancy very easy. Jesse, our property manager, has been a delight to work with by being calm and collective. We've been able to get on with our lives without any disruption and if any problems did arise, Jesse was quick to respond and a solution agreed promptly. Metin was also lovely, arranging flat viewings for the next tenancy for one day on a weekend. This was very helpful not to disrupt our work schedules to be home. I feel this estate agent is very fair and honest as we have been given our full deposit back with no complications. This makes a pleasant change from the last company my tenancy was with who would allow landlord's to take from the deposit for the sake of it. I would use this Estate Agent again if I were to rent.

If I could, I would give them a negative rating. They are London's worst agents in my experience. Do not rent your property from them, take my advice🙏🏻🙏🏻 They refused to give us any discounts despite the fact that we had numerous problems with our apartment. They also attempted to discredit our references for the next apartment, but thankfully we still had all of the evidence. Anyway, keep away from them for your own good! Updating my review to share my reply: It speaks volumes about your working methods if you're going to take legal action against a student for voicing her opinions based on her experiences.
