Ordered 15 sheets of plasterboard from Wickes for delivery to building site. Chose delivery 2 days later. Received text by City Sprint the evening before the delivery telling me it would be delivered between 2pm and 7pm the next day. Site closes at 4pm. Contacted City Sprint next morning and was told they could not give me an estimated delivery time, also that delivery was by transit type van kerbside only. Told they could not cancel delivery but would make note that site closes at 4pm. Received phone call at 4.45 saying van was outside locked building site. Looked at tracking and saw that they had not even collected from Wickes until 4.15. Muppets! Do not order bulk items from Wickes for delivery. They are no longer geared up for it.

Had 2 deliveries today both brought to me by CitySprint, both deliveries were well within the time window set. 1st was a smallish but heavy order, the driver was very helpful and was able to slide it through the open door for me. The 2nd was a large multiple heavy objects the driver was extremely helpful and brought the items through the garden into my shed. He wasn't asked to do this but offered as he could see I would struggle. So cheerful, helpful and polite. This is my first time having anything delivered by this company but I was extremely impressed and would recommend.
