And the guy that was over the phone Thursday 8 sept between 10:30 and 11:00 absolutely rude and shameless You can t even do customers service for animals, they are more educated than you! Poor guy ! And the courier just marked that no one was at home when I spent all my night close to the doorS! As you can see there are a lot of review saying the same things! 6pm-10pm next day delivery… Nothing..I’ve cancelled all my plans just to wait for my delivery almost £300…spent the extra just to get it the next day and yet NOTHING what’s the deal??? Your helpers aren’t great trying to tell me to refer back to ASOS…I’m not having another parcel "lost" again with this company. atrocious.

Poor service!!!!!!. We placed an order for a same day delivery since 15/06/2022. It is now day 4. No delivery, no email, no phone call. I needed the order item for an event 0n 18/06/22. The delivery driver keeps stating on the status online that nobody was at home to answer the door. We have in the last 3 days waitied by the door for the delivery. Order number: 743653034. Job numbers: 61301911 and 61319099. Very Very Very Very Disappointed. ASOS have not been particularly helpful in resolving their courier service issues with Citisprint. They are letting ASOS down with customer satisfaction.
