Shopkeeper seemed confused when I showed him the booking and didn’t require me to show the booking code or ID like the email said I would need to (I actually offered to show ID and he said no need). My bag did not get a “tamper proof security seal” like it said on the website and was just kept in a storeroom that was not locked. Spent the whole time that my luggage was there worrying about it

Really convenient and secure (tags, pictures as well as CCTV) Me & my boyfriend checked out of our hotel and kept our bags here while we enjoyed our last few hours in Bournemouth before heading home. Having this storage facility really helped make the last day more functional. Would recommend
