He advices on what would look best and be in keeping with the properly, and what would and would not most likely get through the planning application. He drew up a lovely complete set of detailed plans, which have now been approved and have been invaluable in getting hassle free detailed quotations from a number of building companies. We’ve now booked in the building work. Very impressed and recommend without hesitation.
