Really poor booking service! Requested a massage at 10am provided them my details. Spent the whole day saying they were waiting for someone to confirm if they could provide the service! Only for them to say at 3pm that they don’t cover my area! What a waste of my time! They even tried to offer another company whom I am guessing they have ties but I’ve used once before and they were awful! Very disappointing! Added as a response to CityLux response: It’s evident that you do not fully understand the nature of my feedback! You provide a service and the ability to communicate online, the point is you failed to let me know in a reasonable amount of time that you do not cover my area and you wasted my time! Also your response emphasises that I am not an existing customer, isn’t that how all customer start? Not as an existing customer! So stop trying to make excuses accept that you made a mistake and take the feedback without trying to make excuses!
