    Sorry! Presently, the star rating is anything from -5(can I go any lower???) to 3. This reflects after sales service to buying the car. MORE TO COME AS COLLECTING CAR (6.6.23) AFTER PROMISED WORK BUT NEARLY NOT A FRACTION DONE. LH HAS NO CLUE WHAT RH IS DOING...NOOOO COORDINATION. MEGA ISSUES RE 'DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE???' p.s. might change my range of 'review' once car collected on 6.6.23. WATCH THIS SPACE. SEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/WHOEVER - GET IN TOUCH - HAPPY TO ELABORATE..... Okay, finally managed to get issues fixed. Nathaniel, took charge and Garth coordinated everything. Yes, it really was that simple, simply coordinating and someone like Garth ensuring he'd check everything once the work needed doing was to my satisfaction. Hence have improved my star rating. Could have been a 5 but spoilt by the inconvenience and wasted time.

    This was once a very well run 5 stars VW garage, with a range of highly competent staff on all levels (sales, parts/service, reception) with a fantastic atmosphere. I have owned VWs for 20 years I persisted in getting my cars serviced there when SEAT took over despite the very high dealer's prices. Things have degraded now: 1-There is no direct phone number, it is now virtually impossible to get through the local garage on the phone. If I miss a call, (for example to agree which tyre brand I prefer if a tyre needs replacing during a service) I get stuck in the central phone system and cannot get back to the person who is trying to contact me in Twickenham. Frustrating for both customers and staff! 2- Nigel seems to be single handedly running a very busy service/parts shop floor, and as highly professional and competent as he is, the waiting times are long, customers get impatient and other staff appear poorly knowledgeable. 3- The receptionists (who deserve a medal) can only do so much to keep people waiting, if there is lack of adequately qualified staff to help customers, and overall frustration leads rudeness, which they admitted was a daily occurrence. I visited twice so far in 2023, mistakes were made with quotes, there was poor or no communication, there is a bad atmosphere on the shop floor and finally prices are extortionate compared to local small garages. I hope that the staff soon get the support they need from Cytigate to do their job well and improve the experience for everyone's sake!

    I ordered a spare part on 05/25/23, no one called, no one texted that you can pick it up, I arrived myself on 06/06/23 and you know that my spare part is already there, but no one informed me, I called every day and no one answered the call once, (probably because everyone busy people drink free coffee) had a conversation with a rude person named Atul, I think the upper management should review their tired people who do nothing and are rude to customers who spend £650 on plastic, seat should not be with such people from the parts department.

    I’ve twice serviced my SEAT car here. Each time you pre-book a time, turn up and they ask you to take a seat in a nice seating area. They even have a coffee machine. Not like most garages…but the comfortable seating and coffee machine are all there because they like to keep you waiting…and waiting…and waiting. On both occasions I’ve been sitting around for about 30 minutes before someone is available. I’m not sure what’s complicated about dropping your car off for a service. Most garages you park up, hand over the keys and off you go. But here they seem to have a “service advisor” you need to speak with and you need to wait for this person to be available, which takes a lot time. They are very friendly once they do arrive. Then at collection it’s more of the same. If you’re lucky it’ll take 20 minutes for them to take your money and give you your keys back. So if you want to spend an hour sitting in a showroom waiting around, then book in with SEAT Twickenham.

    Came in a couple of weekends ago to have a look at their used approved selection. Had the pleasure of having George Liddiard as our advisor who was great. Took our budget into mind and gave us options at both the lower and upper limit, not pushing us towards the upper at any point. Ended up reserving a car on the day and 2 weeks later we picked it up. Can’t fault George, really pleased with the car and would highly recommen!
