First off I should say that I did not end up buying a car from this dealership. However the service was excellent. I called in and Resa arranged a time for me to drive the car of my choice and did not put me under any pressure to but there and then. In the end I was able to get a more suitable car elsewhere but would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership based on my experience with my test drive.

Very poor after sales service. Would go so far to say this is some of the worst service I have ever had. We purchased a demo model that was dirty when we went to collect it and had issues because of a delayed service that was meant to take place before we purchased the car. Paulo has been unprofessional and untruthful to deal with, going back on written agreements and never following through with the service that was meant to take place before we collected the car in the beginning February.
