If there Was an option for - 0 star would be perfect. I was charged £15 for a service that was not there. Owner of pharmacy told me she was waiting for the vaccine that it was running late. Waited for 2 hours until I got tired and left to book with someone else. I lost £15, transport fare to these guys and most especially my time. CLOSE THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM SCA, SCAM, SCAM

Crooks. Took a £15 booking fee, changed to appointment on us, which didn’t work for our travel, and now I have no way of getting in touch other than an email which of course never answers. Companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this.

Fraud. Do not use, you will lose your money and you cannot reach them via phone, and if they respond to your written enquiry, it will be generic and will not answer your question. Refund doesn't even exist in the options. They referred me to a pharmacy that had no idea about the booking. The pharmacy did not provide the service I paid for. I contacted citydoc at least 5 times and each time I get told to write an email to the very same email I originally wrote to. The response received from their centre manager no less (Gareth Neill) ignored my inquiry and signposted me to the same email address I wrote my complaint to. Will be reported to trading standards authority as I am not the only one with this experience.

AVOID! I'm not surprised by the other negative comments. I was charged a £15 'consultation fee' for a travel clinic appointment which is free on the NHS. Refused to refund, ultimately they are stealing a living!

Let down by this company. Am highly disappointed. They took my money for Day 2 & 8 Covid test. But the test kits never arrived. Called several times but phone was always on automated machine. No good response to my mails too.

Find another provider - CityDoc doesn’t keep their commitments nor understand how to provide quality customer service. They’re quick to take your 200 sterling, yet fail on communication and delivery of goods and service. In April, I traveled to London to help my daughter, 9-months pregnant, due for surgery in a few days and care for my 2yr old grandson while his Mommy & Daddy are at the hospital. CityDoc failed to deliver my first test 2-3 days in advance of Day 2 Testing - This is Day 3 and I still don’t know when the test is coming. Their phone line has a recording stating all the info is on their website, if you must contact them, use the chat. I tried for several hours on my Day 1 and Day 2 to reach them via chat. Every time, an automatic message popped-up stating they’re too busy to chat. My email request received an automated ‘we’re too busy’ response. I’ve contacted the Traveler Line and NHS as advised. My goal is to care for and protect my family and not harm others. Since the UK mandated the testing and provided the list of private providers, they have a responsibility to their citizens and their guests to make sure the tests are provided on time.
