The absolute Best in the city! Outstanding from our fist visit to the showroom to the finished installation. The sales team were fantastic; helping us weigh up the different options and choose the right boards, finishes and organising an installation timeline. Andy's installation team were first class. They were focussed on achieving the perfect finish and went to great lengths to do everything right; patiently insulating and levelling the sub-floors to leave a perfect finish. Overall they did four bedrooms and a hallway, and they far exceeded our expectations. You might be able to find a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere, but with City Wood Floors you get what you pay for - these floors will last us a long, long time, and we will definitely be getting them back to do our living room and kitchen.

What a fantastic company. We had such expert advice from Matt in the showroom. Not being sure of what we wanted apart from a basic colour he took us through various options explaining the pro's and con's with each. Absolutely no pushy sales technique. Everything was relaxed and I can honestly say nothing was too much trouble even though we were there close to closing time and some of his colleagues were already leaving. They expertly surveyed our bungalow and gave good advice about levelling and the ideal way for fitting. The floor was subsequently beautifully installed by Andy and his co-worker. A true expert. I attach some photos of their excellent work. In fact, he did such a good job of fitting we were able to return some packages etc. and got just over £700 back with no quibble. We are so happy with the whole experience in dealing with City Wood Flooring, we have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.
