Went to enquire about a product and the employee or owner was the most arrogant person ever, was not helpfull said come back monday and pushed me away from the shop i do not know who he thinks he is putting his hands on me then saying I should know he's been there for 30 years and I should know prices and he's not willing to hire anything out even though it was during there open Hours I would stay clear of this hire shop as they are not helpfull and down right arrogant and rude

I rang in advance to arrange hire and was told he would not do that. I was told to turn up on the day and three items might be available. I arrived early on the day discussed. I was told one item was broken and another was out back and he might sort it out and ring us back. We were told to go away. There was the item we required out front but we were told we could not have it. We were spoken to in a really rude manner. He never did ring back that day. Appalling customer service. Go elsewhere if you can.

Absolute disgusting service. Called during opening hours on Google to be told to phone back in half hour so I can “ give him a chance to wake up and sort the shop out - there’s plenty of time give me chance” Gave him an hour and asked the husband to ring as the shop owner is obviously a complete pig. He hasn’t answered once. I’ve now read reviews and wish I’d read them sooner. If you don’t want to deal with customers don’t own a shop. If you don’t want to speak to people before your opening hours don’t answer the phone or simply change your opening hours to suit you. The way he talks down to you is disgusting and my business is certainly going elsewhere. Just another reason why male dominated places e.g garages and builders merchants have a bad reputation when it comes to women. He was okay until I started speaking. Obnoxious pig!
