    Utterly appauling service, insurance companies choice, took 4 days to to arrange the correct engineer to attend for a home emergency water pipe leak that was flooding the property. Initially sent a gas engineer who obviously could not fix the issue not being a plumber, then finally after much chasing up they said they were unwilling to work at height (due to health and saftey) . We are talking literally a few feet off the ground The lack of communication was truly astounding, no compromise suggested. I honestly don't know how companies these days actually function if this is anything to go by.

    We have just changed from oil boiler to electric, installation today(10th May). From first contact with the sales rep (stuart)to installation was fantastic. The fitting team were very professional, friendly and efficient. My house was left in same condition as when they arrived, all cleaned and hoovered when job done. Was told day before they would arrive at 8am, actial arrival time 7.35am. Very happy with whole process. Thanks guys

    This is a Mickey Mouse organisation, who make out that they are transparent, and provide a safe and efficient service. This could be no further from the truth. As once my mother's heating system was installed, she had to employ a plumber out in order to rectify a discrepancy. There was a loud noise once the heating was live, the plumber could not believe the standard of workmanship, pipes not fitted and no lagging along the pipes. If you can avoid this company, please do not hesitate to do so.. We have decided to seek legal advice, and will be escalating our concerns so that other properties don't encounter similar experiences.

    I recently had the privilege of having a novel heating system installed by three hard working gentlemen. From the Initial stages to the concluding end they provided a professional and efficient service. I would highly recommend City Technical Services, and will continue to endorse them at every opportunity.     My mum called them out to fix the pressure on her boiler and they came out to fix it on the 11th then she ended up with no hot water so phoned them again and they came out again the 16th and said she needed a part and still waiting she's not had hot water for ages now and having to boil Kettles for a bath and wash her dishes that's costing loads on electric and she's also a pensioner there a joke of a company

    Just wanted to say how pleased I was with the care & workmanship of the engineer (Daniel McCuaig) who attended my property on 14/3/23. Daniel arrived within the time set. He was kind, respectful & went over & above to get the repair sorted as quickly & timely as possible. He knows what he’s doing no disrespect to other engineers I’ve had in the past. If I ever needed a repair again I’d hope that Daniel would be the one to do it. Many thanks Yvonne 🙂

    If I could give no stars I would I have been trying to phone them 2-3 times a day from the 3rd March leaving messages each time for them to call me back as i have to arrange a date for new boiler to be put in I have no hot water or heating raging is an under statement don't they listen to there messages.
